We see our school as building leaders for the future. Leadership draws on the capacity to think and learn, to create, to achieve personal best through co-operation and competition, to lead one's own learning and to positively lead others.
Leadership opportunities are extensive, with a thriving student representative council, elected prefects and peer support programs. |

We believe that effective learners are creative problem solvers who can work independently and cooperatively to gain knowledge and skills for life-long learning.
Students are encouraged to be self-motivated, respectful of others and to interact confidently with the wider community. Kingsgrove North has a professional and motivated teaching staff. We believe in working together with consistency and commitment to provide excellence in education and equal opportunity for all students, encouraging each student to achieve their personal best.
Kingsgrove North believes that a caring environment is one in which students and staff are encouraged to develop positive relationships; to practice empathy; to reflect on their values and to consider their choices. |

We believe that students learn best when they have opportunities for expression across many fields and when they produce work that brings together their knowledge and skills for a real purpose and real audience.
Performance, exhibition and publication encourages students to develop their creative skills. Dance, Choir and Music groups are showcased regularly in concerts, assemblies and within the community.
Students work with other local primary schools on numerous projects that strengthen relationships and promote excellence. |
