Kingsgrove High School is a dynamic, comprehensive high school with an enrolment of about 1050 students. We cater for the needs and interests of girls and boys of all levels of ability.

There are strong programs in literacy, numeracy, information and communication technology, student welfare and leadership offered at Kingsgrove High School.
At Kingsgrove High School, teachers of English as a Second Language work with students to assist them to attain proficiency in the use of language. Team teaching, as well as special classes, are used to enhance development.
Also, students enjoy a variety of gifted and talented, performing and creative arts, and vocational programs, as well as the benefits of a diverse curriculum at Kingsgrove High School. |

The quality of programs at Kingsgrove High School has been recognised in recent years by four Regional or Statewide awards – for achievement in the HSC, for literacy development, and its vocational and transitional programs – as well as awards for outstanding individual staff and students.
The 2011 HSC results at Kingsgrove High School included 30 separate courses and 169 graduating students, and featured:
most common performance band of band 4;
26% of all bands awarded band 5 or 6 (top 2 bands); and
19 students in the HSC Honour Roll. |
