Our School

Moree Christian School is a co-educational school offering a well-rounded Christ-centred education for students from Kindergarten to Year 10. It opened in 1984 as a Ministry of Moree Baptist Church.

School Philosophy

Moree Christian School aims to educate children from a position that is consistently Christ-centred and that demonstrates the relevance of the Word of God to the whole of life. The school aims to educate: the whole child in the physical, intellectual, social and spiritual realms.

Curriculum

Moree Christian School has a strong emphasis on the core subjects and follows the standards laid out by the Board of Studies.

The school also encourages students in their individual gifts and talents especially in the creative arts and technologies.

Special Features

Moree Christian School has modern facilities including recently built C.O.L.A and Tech rooms which were funded by 'Building the Education Revolution' program in 2010.

Enrichment Programs

Moree Christian School organises well supervised enriching excursions for our students. Speakers, such as authors and experts in various fields, are invited to address the students.
