Mary MacKillop College is a Catholic secondary college for girls, in the Josephite tradition, situated in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide and in close proximity to the city.
It is owned by the Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Sacred Heart, a Religious Order founded by Blessed Mary MacKillop in 1866. The school is adjacent to the Order's original Mother House in Kensington.

The college offers a wide range of extra curricular activities and students are challenged to extend themselves and to participate in the life of the school. Activities include: a wide range of Sports; a variety of music groups including: Choirs, Concert Ensembles: Vocal, String, Percussion, Clarinet, Flute, Bands: Concert, Rock and Jazz Pop Group; and many other activities such as Photography, Debating, St Vincent de Paul Society, Drama productions, Public Speaking and the School Musical.
