The outstanding facilities and grounds of KWS provide a wonderful playground for the extensive array of co-curricular activities. The School's Co-curricular Programme is seen as a most important part of each student's all-round education. All students are expected to participate in sport and cadets or music. Students may choose to participate in other activities from any programmes operating within the school.
Theout-of-classroom curriculum complements the formal curriculum and provides additional opportunities for character development, decision making, problem solving and leadership. Through these activities students gain wider experiences, a more complete knowledge of themselves and a stronger relationship with individual members of the teaching staff and other adults.
The School strives to educate the whole person, academically, spiritually, physically, culturally, socially and personally. The diverse co-curricular programme is designed to ensure participation in properly directed activities, such as music, drama, sport and other athletic pursuits, community service and adventure training so that each student's life can be enriched by the provision of opportunities for the development of initiative, character, personality, sportsmanship, leadership and unselfishness.
