Student Success

Windsor Gardens Vocational College has been tracking student destinations as they leave our college. They are successfully achieving a range of different outcomes: entrance into university, TAFE, apprenticeships or directly into work.
WGVC has gained a national, state and district reputation as a leader in responsive, innovative and flexible secondary school vocational education and training.
All senior students are able to gain dual accreditation, both VET Certificates and Units toward the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).

We have developed 120 industry and community partnerships, all of whom enhance our curriculum delivery in line with their up-to-date industry knowledge.

Our 7 Vocational Pathways on-site are linked to industry experience.

This makes Windsor Gardens Vocational College (WGVC)  a unique government secondary school.  We are 8 kilometres to the north-east of Adelaide GPO.  WGVC, incorporating the Windsor Gardens Centre for Hearing Impaired (CHI), has an enrolment of 520 students.  Approximately 50% of the students live locally and the other 50% are attracted to the College from the northern, eastern and western metropolitan areas.
