Kings Trade Training Centre (KTTC) offers the opportunity for students to complete years 11 and 12 in an environment which recognises and encourages the potential young adult in each student.
KTTC is a Trade Training Centre offering an alternative to traditional, main-stream senior schooling. We offer the opportunity for young people to complete school by obtaining their QCE and to pursue a trade by gaining a Certificate III in their chosen field.
School-based apprenticeship is optional and is dependent on the individual; enthusiasm and application being the key. KTTC will endeavour to open apprenticeship and work-opportunities for each student.
Young people studying at KTTC will be introduced to a holistic training ethic whereby they will be exposed to skills required to be effective and successful in the workplace.
Obtain a Queensland Studies Authority (QSA) approved Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE).
Obtain a Certificate III Trade
Obtain a Certificate II in Business as a core subject
Enter a school-based apprenticeship
Earn while you learn
Gain workplace experience whilst completing the QCE
